    Mount Scary presents Pumpkin Coloring

Mount Airy · Watkins Park, 615 Center St., Mount Airy, MD, United States, Maryland 21771

Get creative with a pumpkin by decorating it as Frankenstein, a witch, a mummy, or any design you like. One pumpkin and art supplies will be available for each participant while supplies last. Participants can also draw Halloween or autumn pictures with chalk on the walking paths, and pumpkin coloring pages will be available. Robo-Lions, the robotics team for Carroll County high schools, will demonstrate its pumpkin-smashing robot. A historical figure will highlight fall traditions from the past, including the use of turnips instead of pumpkins for carving. The event is free and open to the public, with no registration required. Thanks to Knill's Farm Market for sponsoring the event.
