Presented by the West Michigan Jazz Society, the performance features the Grand Rapids Jazz Orchestra Septet, with a Camp Blodgett alum opening the program. Seating is available on a first come basis. You may bring a camping or beach chair; if using a taller chair, please sit toward the back or side to leave room for guests on blankets or lower chairs. A limited number of chairs will be available. Robinson’s Popcorn will offer gourmet popcorn for purchase, and beer and wine will be sold with a valid photo ID. Outside alcohol is not permitted. If weather is unfavorable, the concert will move indoors to the Loeks Retreat Center. Attendees are welcome to walk down to the beach, but entering the lake is at your own risk and there is no lifeguard on duty. Please stay on designated paths to help protect the dunes. Tickets are $20 per person, and youth 17 and under attend free. Proceeds support programs that serve West Michigan youth throughout the year.
