4th Annual “Birds and Brews”

At Ore Dock Brewing Company, the Laughing Whitefish Bird Alliance hosts the 4th Annual Birds and Brews, a public gathering that blends conservation, community, and a love of birds. The first 75 attendees receive a complimentary drink. A game-show style bird trivia contest features four large teams competing for points with questions on identification and avian facts, and door prizes come from Audubon Great Lakes, LWBA, and local businesses. A short presentation highlights LWBA’s programs, conservation efforts, and outings, followed by two rounds of bird-themed trivia led by MC Steve Waller, an LWBA member. Families and individuals of all ages can also enjoy bird coloring pages for a relaxed creative break between activities.
