Spring Training Tuesdays – Safe Sleep Edition

This free, drop in learning session for parents and caregivers focuses on safe sleep for infants. The Tree House offers friendly coaching and support in a flexible format that lets attendees come when it works, pick up new information, and head out as needed. The session explores the ABCs of safe sleep... alone, on the back, in a crib... with clear steps to lower the risk of sleep related infant deaths and to set up a secure sleep space for a baby. Someone certified in Safe Sleep will be available to answer questions, share practical tips, and provide encouragement. Children under age 5 can play for free while adults participate.
