ButterBurgers & Baristocats

An evening at Jefferson City Culver's pairs comfort food with a supply drive supporting local rescue cats. Donations to People Helping Paws Cat Rescue earn a spin on the prize wheel, with giveaways such as free lounge time at Baristocats Cat Café. On the patio, volunteers alongside Baristocats accept needed supplies and share updates about cats and kittens in their care. High priority items include Purina One Sensitive Skin & Stomach dry cat food, clumping litter, paper towels, and financial contributions that help purchase supplies and cover medical treatment. Each contribution provides food, veterinary care, and other essentials for local cats and kittens awaiting adoption. People Helping Paws Cat Rescue is volunteer run, and community support like this helps sustain its work.

Health & Wellness

True Vine Wellness Coaching Launch Event

This launch gathering for True Vine Wellness Coaching introduces a Christ-centered approach to caring for the whole person, including mind, body, and soul. Participants can expect guided teaching, a brief personal assessment to highlight areas of strength and places that may need attention, and a time of Scripture meditation on John 15 to pause, breathe, and practice abiding in Christ. Light refreshments will be available, and there will be opportunities to connect with others. Details about a forthcoming program focused on habit transformation will also be shared. Capacity is limited. For the meditation, consider bringing a yoga mat or floor cushion and wear comfortable clothing if you prefer. Please enter through the back door at Three Story Coffee, which will be clearly marked with a sign.
