Reiki Experience + Chakra Yoga

Settle into a 90 minute class designed to regulate and reset the nervous system, guiding the body from fight or flight toward a calm, restorative state. Gentle yoga, mindful stretching, breathwork, and Reiki come together to work with the body’s stress response and support both physical and emotional well-being. The approach blends clinical insight with the body’s own capacity to heal when it feels safe, supported, and relaxed. Participants receive clear education on how stress shows up in the body and how practices like Reiki, somatic work, chakra awareness, and energy practices can encourage balance and healing. Slow, intentional movement invites ease and signals safety to the nervous system while bringing attention to the chakras. A group Reiki experience offers time to rest deeply in a peaceful environment. Benefits may include reduced stress, a shift into rest and repair, relief from anxiety and overwhelm, eased physical tightness or chronic discomfort, and a greater sense of relaxation, clarity, and inner balance. This restorative, beginner-friendly session suits those feeling burned out or stuck in stress mode and anyone curious about energy work offered in a grounded, approachable way. Facilitated by Sessa Schultz, RN, BSN, a holistic registered nurse, Reiki Master, and yoga instructor.
