Swap-A-Rama Flea Market
The fourth annual Swap-A-Rama Flea Market takes place in the Trades & Industries / Mercantile Building at Montana ExpoPark. Shoppers can explore a wide variety of goods, including clothing, toys, electronics, crafts, handmade items, jewelry, antiques, collectibles, video games, garage sale finds, and more. Vendors are welcome. Booth spaces are 10 by 10 feet, with the first space priced at $80 and additional spaces at $75 each. Eight foot tables can be rented for $10, and chairs are provided. Montana ExpoParkFNL Team Roping
The Friday Night Lights Team Roping Series features two ropings that run together, with a #11 and a #9 incentive. Entry is $50 for a draw, and you may enter up to six times. The #11 is on a three head average and the #9 is on two. Teams are capped at 11.5, with 1.5 seconds per number added or deducted. All catches advance to a second round, and the top 20 return for a short go on three head. Buckles are awarded to the winners of the #9 on two head. A kids barrel race for ages 12 and under takes place before the short go. The entry fee is $5 with 100 percent payback. Cash is preferred, and there are no concessions. Optional pre entries are accepted by text at 406-278-3294. Include your name, whether you head or heel, the number of entries, and whether you are entering the first or second roping. Unpaid entries will be drawn out. All ropings are weather permitting, and updates are shared on Facebook. There is a $45 prize fee per roper. The highest association classification applies, and GFSC may renumber any roper at any time without notice. To be eligible for Finals Day, competitors must attend at least one Friday Night Lights roping. Five Friday Night Lights ropings are required to enter the Saddle Roping on Finals Day. Kids must attend one Friday Night Lights barrel race to qualify for Finals Day prizes. A limited number of stalls are available for $20 per night per horse, text 406-278-3294 to reserve. MT Brew Fest 2026
Celebrate Montana’s brewing scene with a festival featuring craft beers, sours, ciders and more from breweries across the state. A dedicated VIP hour offers time to meet the brewers, sample pours and enjoy live music. General admission follows with live music, food trucks and a wide range of tastings. Attendees can vote for the People’s Choice Award, and arriving early helps ensure time to sample and participate. This is a family friendly event. Ticket information will be announced. This ride to fight suicide begins and wraps up at the Black Eagle Community Center and VFW. Participants will check in first, then head out together on the route. Great Falls Public LibraryJune Summer Art Camp (Grades 2-6) | Art Around the World
Art Around the World is a weeklong summer camp for students in grades 2 through 6 that blends creative projects with time outdoors. Each day focuses on a new region, guiding young artists through hands-on work inspired by North American Native and folk traditions, African patterns, textures, and rhythm, European art from classical to modern, Asian approaches using ink, nature, and symbolism, and a South America and Oceania celebration to finish the week. The experience encourages curiosity, exploration, and active fun alongside artistic discovery. Families should send a packed lunch each day. Tuition is $250, and enrollment is limited to 15 participants. Instruction is led by Elizabeth (Liz) Slot, who holds a bachelor’s degree in K-12 art education from Kendall College of Art and Design, teaches elementary art during the school year, and enjoys working across a variety of mediums to inspire young creators.

Saving Abel, from Corinth, Mississippi, is known for fusing Southern flair with a post-grunge edge and big, memorable hooks. The band rose to prominence in 2008 with its self-titled debut and the hit single Addicted, which reached the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 and earned Platinum certification. Pre-sale tickets are available, and sponsorship or vendor opportunities are offered through the organizers.
Dragon's Tear - SSW
Roused from slumber, the Dragon challenges the Shire of Stan Wyrm to crown new champions. The day features armoured and rapier tournaments open to all competitors, plus classes, an artisan table, and a luncheon. The site is discreetly damp, and pets are not permitted inside the building. Adult event registration is $25, adult member registration is $15, and attendees 17 and under are guests of the Shire. Luncheon is available for $10, with reservations coordinated through the feast steward. The event steward is Bianca da Monte, and the feast steward is Morgan the Bald.
