Misoula Villages Cooking Class: "What Can I Do With a Rotisserie Chicken?"
Explore tasty, practical ways to turn a ready-to-eat rotisserie chicken into simple meals in a relaxed, hands-on cooking class led by Kelly Moore, an MSU Extension educator. Cook alongside neighbors in the Honeyberry Culinary Classroom at the Fairgrounds in the Butterfly House Complex, and head home with food you prepared yourself. This session is the second in a three-part Missoula Villages series focused on everyday dishes that are easy to enjoy at home and to share. The class is free, registration is required, and space is limited. As part of the Missoula Villages launch, participants will also have an opportunity to talk with Village leaders, members, and MAS staff about the new neighbor network.
