There are no prescribed steps or choreography, and it is open to everyone with no prior dance experience required. The flow includes time for arrival and warmup, an opening circle when doors close, a full dance journey, then a calming sound bath and final circle. Dancing is typically barefoot to support grounding and a deeper connection to the earth. To respect the practice, photography and videography are not permitted.     Healthy Kids Running Series is a five week program held in the spring and fall for children from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Each week features age-based races, ranging from 50 and 75 yard sprints to quarter mile, half mile, and one mile distances. Participants receive points after every race according to their finish. Registration covers the entire series and includes a race bib each week, a participant shirt, a finisher medal, and giveaways from sponsors. All registrations are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Online Early Bird pricing increases three weeks before the first race. The Series also offers a Challenger Division, an adaptive 75 yard event for children with disabilities or special needs, where family and friends may accompany runners on the course and supportive equipment such as crutches, braces, or wheelchairs may be used.
