The first CLSA Summer Market brings together a community yard sale, a vendor marketplace, and food trucks, with more to explore. Sellers can choose between yard sale areas or vendor booths. Yard sale spaces measure about 10 by 10 feet, roughly the size of two parking spots, and additional space can be purchased if needed. The yard sale fee is $10 for families who are currently involved or plan to be, and $20 for others. Vendor spots are also about 10 by 10 feet with the option to add more space. The vendor fee is $15 for families who are currently involved or plan to be, and $25 for others. Electricity is not provided, but generators may be used if power is required.

Horse Camp

Hoof N Spur offers a three-day horse camp for ages 11 and up. Enrollment is limited to 10 participants on a first come, first served basis. The cost is $250 per person for the full camp. A non-refundable $50 deposit and a completed registration form are required to reserve a spot, with the remaining balance due at check-in. Equine helmets and boots or tennis shoes are required. Bike helmets, sandals, flip flops, and crocs are not permitted. Riding helmets can be rented for $10 for the three-day period. Campers will spend time with horses and goats and enjoy crafts and games. Lunch and drinks are provided, though participants may bring their own if preferred. Shoppers will find well-known brands such as Purple, Helix, Simmons, Beautyrest, Tranquility Sleep Systems and more. Prices start at $169 with a coupon and then rise in $50 to $100 steps into higher-priced options, offering budget, mid-range, and premium choices. Every sale results in funds for the band. No-money-down financing is available with approved credit, and accessories like adjustable power bases, box springs, pillows, protectors, and metal frames can be added to any order. Each mattress is ordered new in the chosen size. Home delivery with old-mattress removal is available and typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from the order date, while free pickup from the Charlotte warehouse is ready in about 2 to 3 weeks.
