Rather than adding more goals, the focus is on truth-checking the ones already in motion and asking whether what is being built still feels authentic. Participants explore inherited definitions of success, the pressure to keep everything together, and aims shaped by fear, validation, or obligation. In a sacred, supportive space, attendees release outdated expectations, redefine what success means now, and ground into intentions that feel aligned, sustainable, and self-directed. The gathering nurtures community with women doing deep inner work, not only climbing the mountain but questioning why that mountain in the first place. The intention is to build from truth, align more deeply, ease the pressure, and reclaim personal authority over the path ahead.

Charlie handles lead vocals while playing drums and keyboard bass at once, laying down a deep groove, and Kevin Jordan adds guitar, ukulele, melodica, and harmonies for a remarkably full two-person sound. They started out on Florida bar stages as teenagers, a run that led to two regional tours with the band Chicago and a leap into music full time. Their performances have connected across genres, with stage shares alongside G. Love & Special Sauce, Stick Figure, Pepper, Galactic, Stephen Marley, 311, and Iration, and appearances at Okeechobee Music Fest, Sunfest, Innings Festival, Cali Roots, Gasparilla, and Summer Camp. Recent work underscores constant momentum. They collaborated remotely with members of The Lumineers, Gary Clark Jr., Steve Miller Band, and Iration. A reggae remix of Take It Back featuring Julian Marley, Bumpin Uglies, Little Stranger, and others arrived as part of their second full-length, Paint Your Emotion, produced by John Agnello. Their self-titled EP followed in 2022, produced by Gary Clark Jr.’s original drummer and engineer, featuring a track with G. Love and Cas Haley, and it reached #1 on Spotify’s Nu Blues playlist. 2023 delivered the singles Your Friday Night and Strange Times. They supported David Shaw of The Revivalists on two tours and joined him on stage nightly, then expanded their festival footprint with Cali Vibes, Shaky Knees, Reggae Rise Up Fest, Dry Diggins, Montana Hemp Fest, and Terptown Throwdown. In 2024 they logged more than 60 dates with Big Something, added Gem and Jam and Hulaween, joined regional runs with Badfish, and returned to amphitheaters with O.A.R. before focusing on new writing. The next year included a third sailing on the 311 Cruise, sets at Sweetwater 420 Festival and Sunshine Get Down, and new releases on SKP, the label founded by 311 front man Nick Hexum, including Coming Out Swinging, heard at all Tampa Bay Rays home games, and Golden Sun featuring Nick Hexum. They also performed at Joe Bonamassa’s Sound Waves Festival by his invitation and supported reggae legends UB40 in Florida.
