Unbridled Joy Pop-Up @ Vibe Yoga

Created with caregivers, helpers, healers, parents, teachers, and community leaders in mind, this heart-led gathering offers a dedicated space for those who spend their days supporting others. It begins with an uplifting Vinyasa flow that builds warmth, shakes off stagnation, and reconnects you with your energy. Movement is encouraged to feel joyful and expressive, with options that welcome all levels and an easygoing atmosphere that invites freedom and laughter. The pace then softens into a slower, somatic-focused practice that is grounding and restorative. Through intuitive movement and trauma-aware guidance, you will be supported in turning inward, easing the nervous system, and reclaiming a sense of spaciousness in your body. The experience closes with a guided meditation created for caregivers, a chance to receive rather than give, followed by an immersive sound bath to help settle into rest, resonance, and renewal. Come as you are, and leave feeling steadier and lighter, with your cup refilled, your joy rekindled, and the support of community around you.

Aimee Cozza discusses The Lucky Machine

Aimee Cozza leads a conversation about The Lucky Machine, a science fiction tale centered on NX, an android who flees enslavement and routine memory erasures in a rigidly tiered city. Taking refuge in the depths, NX forges an unexpected bond with Sylvan, a cyborg facing his own challenges. Their connection rekindles his creative drive while she navigates what it means to claim autonomy and purpose. As pursuers move closer with plans to capture or eliminate her, the ties she has made and a touch of luck may be the key to survival. Cozza is a New England based illustrator, web designer, and author. She earned a BFA in illustration from New England College, formerly the New Hampshire Institute of Art, in 2012. Her work gravitates toward the darkly beautiful and surreal, often blending elements of science fiction and fantasy. Recurring themes include duality, disconnection, tragic romance, and the effects of trauma and mental illness. Her debut sci fi novella, The Warm Machine, was published in 2024 following a successful crowdfunding campaign and received a positive reception.

A monthly women’s circle centered on sisterhood and community support. In this safe space, participants can set aside the masks of everyday life so intuition can flow, hearts can open, and nervous systems can settle together, helping women show up with strength as mothers, sisters, lovers, and friends. The gathering is intended as a place to rest and receive, with room to share as much or as little as feels right while grounding, meditating, and reflecting as a group. It is well suited for those seeking community, practices for healing and regulation, and tools for manifesting, as well as anyone wanting a welcoming place to deepen into the feminine, explore womb-centered living, and breathe and meditate with like-minded women. It aims to be a starting point for meaningful connection and a home for flourishing sisterhood. Attendees are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and to come exactly as they are.

Mindful Making: Felted Soap Bars

This interactive session with Homestead Manager Ali Farquhar shows how to wrap a bar of soap in soft wool sourced locally and felt it into a sturdy bar that cleans while providing gentle exfoliation. The program covers how fiber, water, and movement work together in the felting process and explores using native plants to create natural dyes for wool. If conditions allow, part of the making will take place outdoors. The session concludes with a visit with the resident animals, Bramble, Merribelle, and Skye, whose fleece provides the fiber for this project. A felted soap bar is simply soap encased in wool roving and felted so it becomes a durable, built-in scrub surface that lathers through the wool and removes the need for a separate washcloth or loofah. The wool has antimicrobial properties, offers a secure grip, and is long lasting. As the soap is used the wool covering shrinks along with it, and when the soap is gone the remaining pouch can be reused as a small scrubby and is biodegradable, supporting a zero waste approach. Participants are encouraged to bring a favorite bar of soap to personalize their piece. Advance registration is required. The fee is $40, with a 10 percent discount for BBA Members.
