The BrickHouse Restaurant & Brewery hosts an event featuring Down By Ten.

The Hidden Gem hosts an intimate performance featuring singer songwriter Brian Dolzani with an opening set by Frank Critelli. Dolzani’s work draws on themes of wonder, reflection, loss, transcendence, a strong sense of place, and love. He recently released his tenth independent album, The Endless Sky, which includes songs such as Moonlit Love, Samsara, and It Must Be Love. Listeners often find his melodies and lyrics stay with them long after the first play. Critelli brings decades of experience performing in a wide range of settings and will open the show. The Hidden Gem is a studio devoted to original music and grassroots performances, offering a direct connection between artists and audience. Seating is limited, and securing tickets online in advance is strongly encouraged. A $15 donation supports the event. Artist merchandise may be available, and The Music and Rock Shop will be open. Coffee, tea, and water are provided for self service, and BYOB is welcome in moderation to help maintain a respectful, music centered atmosphere. Complimentary parking is available. Ticket sales are nonrefundable unless the event is canceled due to severe weather, illness, or an emergency at the discretion of the host and performers.

Part of the Faculty & Guest Series, Keene State College Music Department faculty member Dr. Alexander Kollias showcases the clarinet in a solo performance with pianist Vladimir Odinokikh. The concert takes place in the Alumni Recital Hall at the Redfern Arts Center at Keene State College. Admission is $15 for the general public, $10 for senior citizens, and free for students.

Nova Arts teams up with Keene Mutual Aid and Loud Sun Studio for a Battle of the Bands featuring Down in the Ground, Mimi Fang, Afterthought, Salivate, Names in Order, Deadweight, The Latest Trend, and Blowflies. A panel of judges will be announced closer to the event. Ticket revenue helps fund the prize and also supports Mutual Aid. Seating is first come, first served. With support from Savings Bank of Walpole, the show includes an Access For All option that lets you name your price, and if you need more than one ticket with this option, each purchase must be completed in a separate transaction.
