Part of the UCPAC Summer Arts Camp Series, this weeklong in-person program welcomes kids ages 7 to 12 for a creative dive into visual art. Young artists experiment with painting, drawing, and printmaking while taking inspiration from masters like Vincent van Gogh, Keith Haring, Frida Kahlo, and Andy Warhol. Each day spotlights a different artist, encouraging students to try new techniques and develop their own style with plenty of hands-on guidance. The experience wraps up with a student art show and a pizza celebration where families and friends can view the work and celebrate what participants learned. Tuition is $135 per child for the week, and discounts are available for multiple weeks.

Support students in Clifton by donating school supplies for children from low-income households. Donors are encouraged to provide a backpack and pencil case stocked with essentials such as a pack of glue sticks, a two-hole pencil sharpener, 24-count crayons, pink erasers, safety scissors, markers, colored pencils, a dozen #2 pencils, three pocket folders, a wide-ruled composition book, and a wide-ruled spiral notebook. An Amazon wish list is available for guidance, and contributions can also be made online through Venmo at @PowerofOne with school supplies noted in the memo or through online giving via PayPal. Checks made payable to Power of One are welcome with school supplies indicated in the memo line.
