Wednesday Deck Build Yu-Gi-Oh! at Your Card Shop, The People's Card Shop
Build and fine tune your Yu-Gi-Oh! deck during an Advanced Constructed tournament at The People’s Card Shop. Entry is $5 and includes OTS pack(s). A Genesys option is also offered with the same entry and inclusions. The event features four rounds. Earn one booster pack for each match win, and if you complete all four rounds without a win you will still receive one booster for participating. A raffle may take place after the second round with chances to pick up items such as free entry, sleeves, snacks, and more. A judge will be available to clarify rules during gameplay, though strategy tips will not be provided. Trading between players is welcome, but buying or selling outside of official store transactions is not allowed and may lead to removal or a ban. To keep the space comfortable, avoid bringing large items such as suitcases or carts for trade stock. Please keep food and drinks away from game tables unless signage indicates otherwise. Be respectful and avoid roughhousing or foul language, and report any lost or unattended items to a team member. All tournaments are subject to change or cancellation, and some may require tickets purchased through the shop’s website. The Hump Day 5k is a weekly social run that starts and finishes at Red Rock Running Company’s Southwest Store. Participants cover a 5k route, enjoy a raffle, and can relax together afterward on the porch or at the park nearby. All paces and abilities are welcome, and families with children and pets can take part. Arrive a few minutes early to pick up a raffle ticket and get ready for a friendly midweek outing with a supportive running community.
Red Rock Running CompanyLLL Monthly Meeting
La Leche League, an international nonprofit and nonsectarian organization, offers breastfeeding education, practical guidance, and a welcoming network of support. This meeting is open to breastfeeding mothers and their babies, as well as pregnant women interested in breastfeeding. Membership is not required to take part, and La Leche League Leaders are available for phone or text help at (702) 701-0063.
Smart MouthWednesday Free Disney Lorcana Play Event
Enjoy a free Disney Lorcana play event at The People’s Card Shop featuring best of three matches with Swiss pairings and 50 minute rounds. The number of rounds is based on attendance, up to three, and a minimum of four players is needed to begin. Entry comes with an exclusive promo card. A winner’s pin is awarded while supplies last, and foil promo cards, prize pins, and other accessories are distributed weekly to top performers and through raffles. Expect a promo raffle each round, plus an extra drawing after Round 2 for chances at items such as free entry, sleeves, snacks, and more. A judge will be available to clarify rules during gameplay, but will not provide strategy advice. Trading between players is welcome, though buying or selling outside official store transactions is not allowed, and large items like suitcases or carts should not be used for trade stock.
