Sound Healing Sundays (first and third)

Led by Jenna Morgan, this restorative sound healing experience with crystal bowls takes place on the first and third Sundays of the month. It begins with a brief guided meditation and gentle breathwork to help everyone arrive and unwind. Participants then recline for a fully passive immersion as the layered tones of frosted crystal bowls fill the space. For about 30 to 45 minutes, the vibrations encourage a quiet, meditative state that can ease tension and support clarity, and you might notice a soft hum in the body or drift into a dreamlike calm. Many leave feeling lighter, grounded, and refreshed. Comfort is important during deep relaxation, so wear layers and consider bringing warm socks. Mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided, and you are welcome to bring a pillow, eye cover, or a favorite blanket to create a cozy setup. Jenna is a sound healer and yogi who blends crystal singing bowls and voice to craft heart-centered soundscapes that invite stillness, surrender, and self-discovery. Her approach is intuitive and rooted in the belief that healing is a return to wholeness and love. She is also in the process of completing her World Peace Yoga Teacher Certification.

Sunday Brunch Tour

Explore historic Findlay Market on a brunch tasting tour featuring nine tastings from beloved small businesses. Start in a cozy bakery with a fresh muffin or banana bread dotted with butterscotch chips, served with coffee. Savor a goetta egg and cheese sandwich recognized as a USA Today number one pick, and learn how goetta, a German breakfast sausage, connects to Cincinnati’s “Porkopolis” nickname. Meet a local owner while enjoying an authentic empanada with chimichurri. Try party potatoes at a vegan shop, capture a quick photo with Mr. Red as a nod to the city’s baseball legacy, and enjoy a Lebanese samosa from a family-run grocery. Continue with a warm Belgian waffle and get pointers to standout spots for Italian cannoli and fresh pasta. Visit a century-old cheese and fudge shop to sample its signature specialties, then finish at a gelato shop described as a potential “best in the world.” Along the route, hear stories from Cincinnati’s past, including the tale of Rookwood Pottery across the street, and head out with ideas for even more exploring afterward. Stops may change from week to week, while the variety and flavor stay consistent.
