This free annual program honors the summer solstice and the longest day of the year with a welcoming celebration of Native America.
First Americans Museum$10 Nail Trims - Foster's Free with Pawdicure
Nail trims are just $10, with foster pets receiving this service at no cost. Dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and ferrets are all welcome. No appointments are needed, and pets should arrive leashed or safely contained. Cash or card is accepted. Pawdicure also welcomes donations of new or gently used pet supplies, including toys, food, grooming items, bedding, accessories, cleaning products, and small animal essentials. Contributions collected at events support local shelters and make a positive impact for community pets.
A1 Pet EmporiumFamily Day! Sip & Paint "Blooming Cacti"
This is an all-ages Little Brushes class where families paint bright, blooming cacti together. Participants work on a 16 by 20 inch canvas with the main outline already drawn, and an instructor provides clear step-by-step guidance suitable for beginners. Every attendee needs a paid seat, and drop-offs are not permitted. Local discounts and daily deals do not apply. $3 mimosas will be available along with the full bar menu. A $25 DIY candle add-on lets guests choose from 25 scents and hand-pour a custom soy candle that sets while they paint. Those choosing the candle option should arrive early, since late arrivals may forfeit the candle experience. Guests leave with their painting, and a candle if added. Public classes require a minimum of five registrations. If the minimum is not reached, registrants will be contacted and offered a class credit or a full refund. A cancellation policy applies to all public classes with options for refunds or transfers that depend on notice provided, and reservations may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. Family Day allows all ages with a paid seat. For regular public classes, guests ages 13 to 17 may attend with an adult and must also have paid seats. Arriving early helps with check-in, ordering drinks, getting an apron, and settling in, and traffic and parking in Bricktown can be busy and unpredictable.
