Manheim Community LibraryEvening Yoga at Greenfield
Take time to reset with a gentle slow-flow session at Greenfield that centers on mindful breathing and unhurried movement to build flexibility, strength, and balance. Instructor Leah Margerum of Willow Yoga guides the class and offers variations for each pose so everyone can choose an option that suits their body. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket. Consistent practice can improve flexibility, ease neck and back discomfort, increase muscle tone, support better respiration, boost energy and circulation, sharpen concentration, reduce stress, enhance overall well-being, and help protect against injury. Leah began teaching in 2016 after discovering yoga as an alternative to surgery and medication for chronic back pain, and she is dedicated to making the practice accessible to every body. These classes are free and open to Greenfield tenants, residents, High coworkers, and students.
