Explore foundational blacksmithing techniques with instructor Nicholas Tucci in a beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop at the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen. Participants will heat, forge, and shape metal while practicing essential skills at the anvil. All metal stock and protective gear are provided, and projects may include practical pieces such as S-hooks, plant hangers, keychains, or a fireplace poker. No experience is needed. The class takes place outdoors in any weather, with a tent used if it rains. Please wear closed-toe shoes and avoid loose clothing. Participants must be at least 16 and able to swing a hammer. Everyone will leave with new skills and the metal items they crafted themselves.

Two playful performers begin to doodle and, before long, their sketches open up a whole imaginative world. Follow their lively lines and a small turtle as the adventure drifts into a luminous water world where surprises can surface at any moment. The story is told without words, supported by live music, interactive animation, and whiteboard drawings created as the action unfolds, creating an experience that is both touching and full of play. Free children’s activities are available in the lobby.
