At Albright Center for the Arts, a pancake breakfast pairs with a community gear swap and an open mic hosted by Lo Brau. Bring items to sell or trade, and you are welcome to share photos and descriptions of what you plan to bring to help others browse. Pancakes are part of the fun, and the event features music with the open mic.

Celebrate Hunger Action Month at a family-friendly 5K run and walk on the Buffalo Valley Rail Trail in Lewisburg. All proceeds support the SUN Hunger Coalition, a network of over 100 organizations and community members working to end hunger in the Valley. Day-of registration and check-in will be available. After the race, awards and announcements will recognize top finishers overall and by age category with medals. Event support comes from sponsors including WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital, Geisinger, Orontes Yogurt, Service 1st, and Wawa.

Fall arrives at Knoebels Amusement Resort with a leading Central Pennsylvania rock band performing three times each day. Audiences can catch multiple sets of rock music throughout the day.

A fall cash bingo fundraiser benefiting SUN P.E.T.S. takes place at Selinsgrove VFW Post 6631. Winners receive cash prizes, and there will be extra games, a basket auction, and a 50/50 drawing. Food and baked treats will be available for purchase. Tickets cost $25 when bought online or $30 at the door. Only 150 tickets are available, and all ticket sales are final. Proceeds support SUN P.E.T.S.' spay and neuter programs. SUN P.E.T.S. (Prevent Excess Through Sterilization) is an all-volunteer 501c3 nonprofit that works to reduce dog and cat overpopulation in Snyder, Union, and Northumberland counties by helping pet owners who cannot afford spay or neuter services. This edition features Hi Fi Band and continues a season of performances spanning rock, country, classics, acoustic sets, blues, and party-ready groups. Everyone is welcome, and the refreshed patio menu will be showcased all season. Performances take place on Fridays and Sundays, keeping the riverfront soundtrack going all summer.
