S'WET Aqua Fitness

Make a splash with S'WET Aqua Fitness, a high-energy, total-body workout that elevates aquatic training. Built on the essentials of water exercise and resistance work, this class blends HIIT, advanced cardio, strength moves, and plyometrics in the pool. It is intense yet adaptable, with guidance that prioritizes safety and proper form so participants across ages and fitness levels can push themselves appropriately. The session is led by Sherri Freifelder, a licensed Zumba Specialty Instructor and AEA Certified Aquatic Fitness Professional with years of wellness experience. Expect a low-impact format that targets the whole body, whether your goal is building strength, boosting endurance, or enjoying an engaging challenge. Classes take place outdoors at the Wyomissing Pool and depend on suitable weather. Each visit is $11, cash only, paid at the front desk upon entry. Wear a swimsuit, bring a water bottle, and consider water shoes for better traction and comfort. Arriving a little early allows time to get set before the workout begins.
