Hosted at Bucknell Golf Club, this charity golf tournament supports the Tabby Welshans Memorial Scholarship Fund. The competition uses a four person scramble format. SUN P.E.T.S. hosts a rabies vaccination clinic for dogs and cats at Shikellamy State Park Marina, located at the third pavilion. The fee is $12 per animal, with payment by cash or check. Dogs should arrive on leashes attached to well-fitted collars, and cats must be transported in solid, well-secured carriers. No appointment is required. Trio Bohémo features pianist Jan Vojtek, violinist Matouš Pěruška, and cellist Kristina Vocetková, an ensemble that has rapidly risen on the international chamber music scene. At the ISA Festival in Austria they were honored with multiple special prizes for interpretations of Viennese classical repertoire and the music of Bohuslav Martinů. Their achievements also include first prize at the International Filippo Nicosia Award in Italy and recognition as Ensemble of the Year 2021 by the Le Dimore del Quartetto network.
