Kava w/ "The Qube"
Kava with "The Qube" offers a South Pacific inspired session that blends shamanic meditation with the resonant sounds of drums and sound bowls, along with reiki, to support gently letting go of what no longer serves you. Participants share warm kava prepared by mixing powdered root from the Piper methysticum plant with water. The beverage is associated with calming effects and can create a light, numbing tingle in the mouth. It is presented as a supportive complement to a holistic lifestyle. Attendees are encouraged to bring favorite comfort items.
