Top Dog presents an outdoor basic obedience class that helps dogs practice around other dogs and unfamiliar people in a setting with everyday distractions. The course runs for five weeks, costs $150 per person, and is capped at eight dog and handler teams per class to take advantage of the large outdoor space. It welcomes first-time learners and also works as a refresher for dogs with prior training. Skills covered include sit, lay, stay, come, heel position, watch me, front, rear, center, and polite greetings with strangers. Each meeting features interactive training games and a homework assignment to reinforce progress between sessions. Please bring a leash and harness, high value treats, a water bowl with water, and shoes that tie securely. Since the grass can be wet, waterproof shoes or boots are recommended. Classes continue in light rain. If a storm requires cancellation, notice will be given at least 90 minutes in advance to help those who travel. Business takes an unexpected turn when a stranded bus brings Van Helsing’s descendant and Muffy the Vampire Slayer to the hotel, setting off a flurry of comic complications. The lingering question is whether Dracula’s nightlife ambitions can withstand the spotlight or if he will simply keep on vamping. The evening pairs a multi-course meal with interactive theater. Doors open to patrons only at the stated start time. Salads arrive first as the cast mingles in character and invites a few guests to take on small roles. Act One delivers comedy, songs, and early clues. The main course follows, and once plates are cleared, Act Two begins. The investigation intensifies with a spontaneous Q and A that lets the audience question the suspects. Dessert accompanies the moment when everyone submits a final guess about who committed the crime. After ballots are tallied, the finale reveals the culprit, resolves the case, and includes prizes. Darci Lynne, the ventriloquist and vocalist who won NBC’s America’s Got Talent at age 12, brings a tour that showcases her range as a singer, comedian, and actress. Since that breakthrough, she has completed three tours, hosted an NBC holiday special, headlined in Las Vegas, appeared on TODAY, Ellen, and The Kelly Clarkson Show, guest starred on Disney Junior’s Fancy Nancy and Cartoon Network’s Scooby-Doo and Guess Who, and performed multiple times at the Ryman Auditorium and the Grand Ole Opry. Her screen work includes the feature film Reagan, a series regular role on Nickelodeon, and a co-starring role in Cowgirl’s Song, which featured her original song “Just Breathe.” Her “Push Our Luck” music video received Best Music Video at the Los Angeles Film Awards. This tour leans into a larger variety-show style with lively comedy and powerful vocals, starring her fan-favorite characters Petunia, Edna, and Oscar, plus whimsical newcomer Andy who keeps Petunia on her toes.
