A solstice-themed practice at Yoga Daily in Mount Pleasant offers deep rest through restorative yoga paired with a subtle energy sound bath. Guided by Tricia Hughey and Natalie Love, the experience blends gentle, supported movement with therapeutic sound to calm the nervous system, reduce mental and physical stress, release tension, and support emotional and energetic balance as summer begins. It is also intended to encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and any comforts you enjoy such as an eye mask or favorite blanket. Studio props including bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be provided. No previous yoga experience is required, and all bodies and experience levels are welcome.
