    An award-winning living history experience comes to Belton Depot, focusing on the skills and traditions of 18th and 19th century pioneers and Native Americans. Thirteen heritage artisans and historical reenactors will be positioned around the historic train depot, sharing glimpses of everyday life from earlier times. Guests can watch demonstrations and then try selected pioneer crafts and skills, turning the past into a hands-on learning opportunity through engaging, interactive presentations. This Home School Day is set aside for homeschool groups and requires reservations. Homeschool co-ops and organizations can reserve educational field trip slots. The student fee for ages 6 to 18 is $5 to see five presenters or $10 to see ten presenters. Parents and chaperones attend at no cost.
