Corcoran Reverie - Franklin CampusGardening Workshop for Kids: Planting for Pollinators
Kids dive into the world of pollinators in this family-friendly workshop, learning why bees, butterflies, and other helpful visitors are essential and which plants can support them at home. Garden designer and educator Kristin Thomas guides participants through the basics of starting a garden in any space, whether it is a full yard or a set of containers. Each child will make a wildflower seed bomb to take home and plant. Once it blooms, it can attract pollinators and help strengthen Spring Hill’s ecosystem. For ages 6 and up. Only children need to be registered, and there will be seating for parents. Registration is required.
