Meet Odie the therapy dog in the Children's Library for a relaxed read-aloud experience. Children can build confidence by sharing a favorite story with a trained, gentle listener, and those who are not yet reading can explore a picture book and describe the story in their own words. Odie is all ears for every reader. All children and their families are welcome. No signup or library card is required.

The stitching space is available throughout regular business hours, and on Thursdays it stays open later so there is more time to work on projects and chat. Bring any kind of stitching you enjoy and settle in for a relaxed session. There is no fee and no registration required.

A Disney-themed Halloween dress rehearsal brings a family friendly costume parade inside the store. Participants can wear their favorite character looks, flash a royal wave, strike a superhero pose, or channel a classic villain while taking a festive lap through the aisles. Those who take part can look forward to special participation giveaways. Costumes are encouraged and all ages are welcome in the parade. For additional details, ask a Cast Member.
