Professor, pianist, and composer Joseph Akins presents a one-hour solo piano concert featuring original pieces alongside favorite covers from his newest album, Songs My Father Played. Between selections, he shares heartfelt stories about the memories, people, and experiences that shaped the music, creating a warm and personal atmosphere. Admission is free and open to the public. After the concert, albums and other merchandise will be available for purchase with signing opportunities.
