Downtown MckinneyRenaissance Plano Legacy West Floating 9D Breathwork & Sound Bath
Se7en Waves and Breath by Design present a floating 9D breathwork and sound healing journey that blends luxury wellness with neuroscience-informed practices. Previous floating sessions sold out, and this return centers on the same deep, restorative experience that drew people before. The setting is intentionally curated to soothe the nervous system so participants can move from overstimulation into calm. The journey combines water-supported floating, gentle 9D breathwork, and immersive sound to shift the body toward a parasympathetic state that supports healing and regulation. Floating heightens sensation while encouraging mental quiet and physical ease. Because sound travels powerfully through water, the vibrations are felt throughout the body, encouraging emotional release, energetic balance, and profound relaxation. The featured breathwork, 9DMT Cellular Regeneration, is synchronized with the rhythm of the water to support stress release, nervous system balance, reduced inflammation, and the body’s natural repair processes. The near weightless feel of floating further aids muscular softening, sensory stillness, and full-body restoration. Promoted as Dallas’s only floating 9D breathwork and sound healing offering, this is designed as a high-touch experience with limited capacity. Upon check-in, guests are guided to a float or to a poolside lounge setup and receive headphones for fully immersive audio. An optional cleansing ritual is offered for those who want to gently set intentions. The session begins with grounding, moves into a guided 9D breathwork journey led by Dr. Rachel Sims, LPC, then transitions into floating sound healing with layered frequencies and live instrumentation facilitated by Se7en Waves practitioners. The experience closes with grounding and gratitude-based integration so the body can absorb the benefits and return feeling present and supported. Tickets are available in two formats. The Floating 9D Sound Healing Experience is $155 plus service fee and offers limited capacity for a deeper immersion. The Lounge Sound Healing Experience is $77 plus service fee and delivers the full journey from a luxury lounge setup poolside. Optional ticket protection is $15 plus service fee, is required for refund eligibility, and otherwise all sales are final. If weather impacts the session, it will be rescheduled or refunded accordingly. Floating is not required to participate. The water is shallow, staff are present to guide and support, and you might get slightly wet while getting on or off a float. Wearing comfortable clothing is recommended, and items that aid relaxation such as a blanket or eye mask are welcome. Those who are pregnant or have medical conditions should consult a healthcare provider in advance. Breath, sound, and water come together to create a gentle path back to ease and restoration.

Tantra and Chakra Healing - Meditation Techniques and Discourse
Explore the shift from sensuality to spirituality through a workshop dedicated to the Tantric tradition. The session presents Tantra as a path toward heightened awareness and balance, inviting reflection on the union of seeming opposites such as masculine and feminine, light and dark, fire and water, and the fierce and the graceful. It highlights how these teachings support liberation of the mind, expansion of consciousness, and the release of inner divisions that can limit personal wholeness. Participants are introduced to a wide range of practices, including sacred imagery, mantra and japa, yogic movement and mudras, and advanced breathwork. The program addresses common misunderstandings that reduce Tantra to only sexuality and reframes intimacy as a meditative, devotional communion. Guidance is offered step by step to help integrate these principles into daily life, with attention to communication, emotional expression, inner spirituality, personal psychology, enjoyment of sexuality, intuitive development, relationship healing, and even material well-being. The approach follows an ancient lineage that preserves core teachings. Class fee is $20, and monthly memberships are available. At times, substitute workshops may take place in place of this meditation and may have different pricing.
