Murphy Hollywood Feed

This indoor adoption event takes place at Hollywood Feed in Murphy, a pet-friendly store that welcomes both dogs and cats. It offers fosters a chance to build social skills around people and other animals, and it also serves as a neutral spot for meet and greets with potential adopters. All event-ready pups and kitties are welcome. Please bring a crate or puppy pen for your foster. If you are bringing puppies with only two rounds of vaccines, plan to place a blanket or tarp under their pen so their paws do not touch the floor. Fosters must be collared and leashed and wear a DogRRR ID tag. Fosters should be spayed or neutered unless they are too young. Update your foster’s photo, bio, and stats online before attending. Hosted by Christi Whitfield. RSVPs are requested, and those without a current foster can still help by transporting a dog or cat that needs a ride.

Plano Christian Speed Dating | IYKYK Dating | 20s-30s | 6/22/26

Christian singles in their 20s and 30s gather for a structured speed dating event at Chicken N Pickle - Allen. The format offers 7 to 15 quick one-on-one chats that help you gauge chemistry and decide whether you would like to connect again. Conversations are low pressure and pair you with members of the opposite gender, creating opportunities to meet believers outside your usual church circles without added gossip or awkwardness. This event is tailored for those who love Jesus, value health, and hope to have children, and it is not intended for anyone seeking casual hookups, regularly skipping church, or uninterested in kids. A friendly host handles check-in, guides the flow, and ensures everyone knows what to do next. Matches are managed through a digital system, so there is no need to exchange numbers during the event. You will be notified afterward if there is a mutual match. Before attending, set up a brief profile on a simple web-based platform. During the event, women are seated while men rotate for short conversations. Afterward, everyone submits match selections and results are shared later. Past participants report meeting a spouse, overcoming initial hesitation, enjoying the intentional environment, and finding that the format makes conversations unfold naturally. If you are not feeling well, please stay home and consider transferring your ticket to someone of the same gender to help maintain balanced ratios. By attending, you consent to event photos and videos that may be used for promotional purposes. The organizers reserve the right to ask anyone to leave and are not responsible for illness, harm, stolen items, or whether you find a romantic connection. Attendees are not vetted, and harassment is not tolerated.

Renaissance Plano Legacy West Floating 9D Breathwork & Sound Bath

Se7en Waves and Breath by Design present a floating 9D breathwork and sound healing journey that blends luxury wellness with neuroscience-informed practices. Previous floating sessions sold out, and this return centers on the same deep, restorative experience that drew people before. The setting is intentionally curated to soothe the nervous system so participants can move from overstimulation into calm. The journey combines water-supported floating, gentle 9D breathwork, and immersive sound to shift the body toward a parasympathetic state that supports healing and regulation. Floating heightens sensation while encouraging mental quiet and physical ease. Because sound travels powerfully through water, the vibrations are felt throughout the body, encouraging emotional release, energetic balance, and profound relaxation. The featured breathwork, 9DMT Cellular Regeneration, is synchronized with the rhythm of the water to support stress release, nervous system balance, reduced inflammation, and the body’s natural repair processes. The near weightless feel of floating further aids muscular softening, sensory stillness, and full-body restoration. Promoted as Dallas’s only floating 9D breathwork and sound healing offering, this is designed as a high-touch experience with limited capacity. Upon check-in, guests are guided to a float or to a poolside lounge setup and receive headphones for fully immersive audio. An optional cleansing ritual is offered for those who want to gently set intentions. The session begins with grounding, moves into a guided 9D breathwork journey led by Dr. Rachel Sims, LPC, then transitions into floating sound healing with layered frequencies and live instrumentation facilitated by Se7en Waves practitioners. The experience closes with grounding and gratitude-based integration so the body can absorb the benefits and return feeling present and supported. Tickets are available in two formats. The Floating 9D Sound Healing Experience is $155 plus service fee and offers limited capacity for a deeper immersion. The Lounge Sound Healing Experience is $77 plus service fee and delivers the full journey from a luxury lounge setup poolside. Optional ticket protection is $15 plus service fee, is required for refund eligibility, and otherwise all sales are final. If weather impacts the session, it will be rescheduled or refunded accordingly. Floating is not required to participate. The water is shallow, staff are present to guide and support, and you might get slightly wet while getting on or off a float. Wearing comfortable clothing is recommended, and items that aid relaxation such as a blanket or eye mask are welcome. Those who are pregnant or have medical conditions should consult a healthcare provider in advance. Breath, sound, and water come together to create a gentle path back to ease and restoration.

June Callout Ruck

This overnight ruck marks the nation’s approaching birthday with a total distance of 17.76 miles, a nod to the year the Continental Congress approved the Declaration of Independence. Largely written by Thomas Jefferson, that document announced the break from Great Britain, detailed the colonies’ complaints, and set forth the belief in natural rights to live freely and pursue happiness. Participants are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue and keep the American flag at the front of the formation. Take on the full 17.76 miles in a single effort for an advanced challenge, spread the distance across a week for an intermediate option, or complete it over the course of the month for a beginner plan. Suggested ruck weight is 20 pounds for men and 10 pounds for women. Location details will be updated soon.

Tantra and Chakra Healing - Meditation Techniques and Discourse

Explore the shift from sensuality to spirituality through a workshop dedicated to the Tantric tradition. The session presents Tantra as a path toward heightened awareness and balance, inviting reflection on the union of seeming opposites such as masculine and feminine, light and dark, fire and water, and the fierce and the graceful. It highlights how these teachings support liberation of the mind, expansion of consciousness, and the release of inner divisions that can limit personal wholeness. Participants are introduced to a wide range of practices, including sacred imagery, mantra and japa, yogic movement and mudras, and advanced breathwork. The program addresses common misunderstandings that reduce Tantra to only sexuality and reframes intimacy as a meditative, devotional communion. Guidance is offered step by step to help integrate these principles into daily life, with attention to communication, emotional expression, inner spirituality, personal psychology, enjoyment of sexuality, intuitive development, relationship healing, and even material well-being. The approach follows an ancient lineage that preserves core teachings. Class fee is $20, and monthly memberships are available. At times, substitute workshops may take place in place of this meditation and may have different pricing.

2026 Global Learning Conference: Connecting the Stripes

Early-bird pricing offers a $55 savings for the 2026 Global Learning Conference, a fully hybrid program from The Ehlers-Danlos Society created for individuals and families affected by Ehlers-Danlos syndromes and hypermobility spectrum disorders, as well as healthcare professionals, caregivers, providers, and advocates. Over three days, participants will learn from international experts through presentations, case studies, and panel conversations that focus on managing comorbidities and how different body systems connect. Topics include mental health, neurodivergence, chronic pain and fatigue, mast cell activation disorders, dysautonomia and cardiovascular health, gastrointestinal issues, and urogenital conditions. Comorbidities are additional health conditions that occur alongside a primary diagnosis. For people with EDS and HSD, they can involve the heart, nervous system, digestive system, immune system, and mental health, which can complicate daily life and make diagnosis and treatment more challenging. Gaining a clearer understanding of these issues helps guide appropriate care and support. The conference welcomes people living with EDS or HSD, their families, friends, and caregivers, along with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, healthcare providers, and advocates. Flexible participation is available in person or online, with access to all sessions, workshops, and networking through the Whova event app.
