Out West presents Randy Rogers Band at Midland County Horseshoe, benefiting the Midland Rape Crisis and Children’s Advocacy Center. The organization provides compassionate, comprehensive services for survivors of sexual assault and child abuse and their families, guiding them through medical, legal, and social systems across Midland, Andrews, Martin, and Howard counties. This indoor concert enforces a clear bag policy. Food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the venue. There is no re-entry once admitted. Ticket prices increase on the day of the performance. All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. Admission is limited to ages 16 and older. Guests ages 16 to 20 will be charged a $10 minor upcharge at the door. A valid government-issued ID is required for entry, and anyone under 16 will not be admitted.
