Shark Club Sports Bar & GrillTantra and Chakra Healing - Meditation Techniques and Discourse
Experience tantra and chakra healing through meditation techniques and open discourse that frame the path as a journey from sensuality to spirituality. This session presents tantra as a time-honored spiritual tradition centered on balancing apparent opposites such as masculine and feminine, light and dark, fire and water, and the energy channels known as Ida and Pingala. Explore how these practices encourage mental freedom, expanded awareness, and a sense of unity within oneself and in connection with others. The curriculum touches on sacred art like yantra, sound practices such as mantra or japa, movement including yoga and mudra, and advanced breathwork like pranayama, with clear guidance that sexuality is only one dimension of a much broader, devotional practice. The workshop moves step by step through foundational concepts to support practical integration into daily life and the cultivation of a more conscious, healthy, and whole way of living, following an approach rooted in ancient teachings. On select dates, different workshops may replace the meditation and have alternate pricing. Class fee is $20, and monthly memberships are available.

Native MckinneySlicing the Cosmic Pizza: Advanced Astrology Workshop Class 1 of 2 - Sat 7/25 @ 12pm
This in-depth, three-and-a-half hour session is designed for students with prior astrology training. A prerequisite is required, ideally completion of the Intro to Astrology Workshop Series 1–4 or equivalent comfort with zodiac signs, planets, houses, and the chart wheel. The class assumes ease with reading natal charts and familiarity with core terminology, and it does not revisit the basics. Centered on advanced chart synthesis through structural analysis, the workshop emphasizes understanding how the wheel can be divided in multiple ways and how those divisions reveal the organizing principles of the psyche. Participants learn to read the architecture of the chart first, which helps surface overarching themes, recognizable patterns, strengths, challenges, and likely developmental pathways before looking at individual placements. This structural approach clarifies whether a chart leans more toward self-focus or partnership, whether expression tends to be guided by feeling, thought, action, or practicality, where energy naturally concentrates, which life areas are likely to stand out, and how a person may engage with growth and change. Students leave with a practical framework for viewing any natal chart as a coherent whole rather than a collection of separate symbols, building confidence and accuracy by seeing the design that underlies the details. This is the first class in a two-part series and will be held in person at DFW Crystals. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

iCodeTantra and Chakra Healing - Meditation Techniques and Discourse
Explore tantra and chakra healing through meditation techniques and thoughtful discourse. Moving from sensuality toward spirituality, this session presents tantra as a complete path that balances opposites, uniting masculine and feminine, light and dark, fire and water, and the fierce and the graceful. The aim is liberation of the mind and an expanded awareness that dissolves separation and restores wholeness. Participants learn how tantra can enrich everyday life by deepening communication, healthy emotional expression, inner spirituality, enjoyment of sexuality, intuitive awareness, self healing of trauma and relationships, and material well being. Practices may include sacred visual art, mantra and japa, yogic movement and mudra, and advanced breathwork such as pranayama, presented in a clear, step by step way to help embody these teachings. Instruction follows the ancient tradition, preserving core teachings while addressing common misunderstandings that reduce tantra to only sexuality. Meditation and conversation support integration of the concepts with an invitation to experience the self in connection with another. Class fee is $20, with monthly memberships available. On select Saturdays, alternative workshops may replace this class and may be priced differently.
