Puzzle Swap

This puzzle swap takes place in the programming room, offering a chance to trade puzzles for ones that feel new to you. Secure pieces by placing them in a Ziploc bag inside the box or by taping the box closed. Puzzles with missing pieces may be exchanged only for other puzzles that are also missing pieces. Boni's En Toure Auditions 2026-2027

Boni’s En Toure is holding auditions for new members of its competitive dance team. Dancers will audition in age-based groups, with sessions for ages 6 to 8, 9 to 11, and 12 and up. Empty Bowls Fundraiser

Ardest Gallery hosts an Empty Bowls fundraiser in partnership with the Montgomery County Food Bank, featuring ceramic bowls produced by artists, artisans, and students from the community. Each bowl is offered for a $25 donation, with all proceeds supporting the food bank. Select larger pieces will be available at higher price points, also directed entirely to hunger relief. Throughout the event, guests can take part in hands-on stations for pinch pots and glazing led by ceramist Doni Langlois, and kids can decorate their own bowl outdoors as a creative reminder that a filled bowl helps feed a family. Raffle tickets will be sold at $5 each or 5 for $20 for a chance to take home a beautifully crafted vessel while increasing the impact. Digimon TCG - Weekly Tournament

Digimon fans can take part in a weekly tournament that welcomes both longtime competitors and new players. It is a friendly setting to test a deck, fine tune strategy, and connect with the community. The event uses Constructed format with Swiss rounds. The number of rounds is determined by attendance, or play continues until there is one undefeated player after the most recent round is scored. All participants receive two Digimon booster packs and one tournament pack. Top cut players earn additional packs, with prizes scaled to the total number of attendees.

Music Bingo & Trivia at Dolce Niente

At Dolce Niente, a free, family friendly game night pairs two rounds of Music Bingo with two rounds of multiple choice trivia. Each game runs about 30 minutes. Music Bingo has players listening to songs and marking titles on their cards to win a prize. Trivia is played on phones, either individually or as a team, and awards more points for faster correct answers. Every winner receives a prize.

One Piece TCG Store Tournament

Yu-Gi-Oh! Weekly Tournament

The Adventure Begins hosts a weekly Yu-Gi-Oh! tournament focused on learning and fun. This Tier 1 event welcomes duelists of all experience levels in a relaxed, instructive setting. The Woodlands -Community Breast Ultrasound Screening

Stay proactive about breast health with a community screening in The Woodlands that provides easy access to ultrasound imaging. This production is staged through a special arrangement with Next Stage Press, LLC. Understanding OCD - A Community OCD Awareness Group

The Race to Grand Oaks

A campus run at Grand Oaks High School features 1K, 2 mile, and 5K routes, bringing together future, current, and past Grand Oaks Grizzlies along with family and friends. The event promotes friendly rivalry among GOHS feeder schools and highlights Grizzly pride. Proceeds are shared between Grand Oaks High School and the York Girls' Cross Country and Track teams. Each registered participant can vote for a school within the GOHS feeder zone, and the three schools with the most votes receive a monetary donation for their PE departments. Additional votes can be added with a $5 donation to The Youth Alliance, a local nonprofit that works with schools to support students, and multiple donations are allowed to boost a school’s total.

Toddler Time offers a relaxed zoo experience designed for children ages 5 and under, so little explorers can discover at their own pace. Four legendary Commemorative Air Force warbirds will be on display at the CAF Gulf Coast Wing in Conroe. Cockpit tours are available when the aircraft are not flying, and three of the planes will offer Living History flights that include a famous WWII Navy dive bomber and a Marine Corps bomber. Prices start at $150. The AC-47 Gunship Spooky, the newest addition to the Commemorative Air Force, invites an inside-and-out look at restoration work in progress. The JRB Expeditor evokes a WWII-era VIP transport used by flag officers, and children as young as five may fly when accompanied by an adult. The SB2C Helldiver is the only WWII Helldiver offering public rides, with seating available behind the swiveling rear gun. Discover the creative possibilities of encaustic art in a guided workshop that blends collage, drawing, and mark-making, then seals the work with a luminous wax finish. Begin by building a mixed media foundation using collage materials, pens, high-contrast photocopies, and other elements to prepare a rich surface for an encaustic overlay. Create a small sampler on Encaustibord to get comfortable with the medium, which combines beeswax and tree resin and traces its history to ancient Egypt and Greece, prized for its durability comparable to oil paint or tempera. On the sampler, experiment with techniques that include drawing with permanent marker, charcoal, dry or oil pastel, and pencil or ink. Layer in tissue for collage, add a line of text or a photo while avoiding glossy magazine paper, then try stamping into the wax and pressing oil color into incised lines. All supplies are provided.
