Matches are quick, ending at three goals or after 15 minutes. Clear conduct and safety standards guide the run of play. Respect is required at all times, with no fighting, harassment, or aggressive behavior. Starting a fight leads to immediate removal, a minimum two-game suspension, and the possibility of a season-long ban depending on severity. Slide tackles aimed at an opponent are not allowed, though sliding to block a pass or intercept the ball is permitted when it avoids dangerous contact.
