The University of Utah AirMed helicopter will be on site at the Sandy Donor Center for a free community event. Attendees can meet the crew, tour the helicopter, and donate blood inside the center. ARUP Blood Services often provides blood to the AirMed helicopter for patient emergencies. The event is open to families, neighbors, donors, former patients, community members, and University of Utah supporters.

A favorite local tradition, the Sandy City Farmers Market brings Amphitheater Park to life with growers, makers, bakers, artists, food vendors, and small businesses. Browse fresh produce, artisan goods, and sweet treats, enjoy live music and food trucks, and take part in family friendly activities and seasonal fun in a lively community setting. Each week offers a fresh mix of vendors, special attractions, and rotating themes such as Butterfly Release Day, Fire Truck Day, Bubble Blast, Apple Fest, and Haunted Harvest. Admission and parking are free, and the event welcomes all ages.

Round two of the MCC Signature Series brings standard micro competition crawling with four classes following the 2025 MCC rule set. It takes place at the West Valley RC Crawler Park in Centennial Park in West Valley City, with the crawler course located by the outdoor pool on the west side behind the tennis courts. Entry and parking are free, and participation is open to all ages with a parent or guardian. Registration is handled through the RC Arena App. The program includes a driver meeting that will be live streamed to MCC social pages, a club crawler group photo, and competition on three marked trails. Signature Series competition for 24 to 18 scale features two 10-gate courses with bonus gates, one set for D1-2 and another for D3-4. Courses remain closed to free play or practice. The top five in each class receive extra chances in an opportunity drawing for prizes. A Nano Comp offers one 10-gate course with bonus gates for C1-3, also closed to practice, with 2026 rules to be announced. Beyond the competition, there is a photo opportunity for rigs and an open scale trail for mini crawlers enhanced with buildings and decorations for video and photography. The Scale Kings RC Showdown presents a show and shine car show with judging in categories including best theme, best trailer, best comp rig, best scale build or doll house, and best nano. A no-pressure MCC Club Challenge adds a marked trail climb with unlimited attempts and a bell at the top to celebrate success, with details explained during the driver meeting. Plan to bring plenty of batteries and any gear needed for your stay. Please pack out more than you pack in to keep the area clean. Bathrooms are available on site, with additional options across the street. There is no EMT on site. Sponsors and prize details will be announced, and schedule information may be updated.
