The Feast of St Pyre - CDC

At the Hyrum Civic Center, the Shire of Côte du Ciel celebrates St. Pyre with a spirited day built around the return of the Pancake Menace. Rapier and heavy lists will determine new champions for the shire, alongside competitions that crown the next Bardic champion and the Arts and Sciences champion. The schedule features a Bar Room Brawl for rapier and heavy participants, and a Kitchen Brawl for young fighters that follows Youth Combat rules as they team up to fend off a flying pancake horde. Those who rise to the challenge may earn recognition among the Knights Spatulate. Artisans are welcome to showcase completed pieces or works in progress to encourage the competitors. The Knight Spatulate Pancake Feast returns at $10 per person with seating capped at 40. The menu will be announced, advance reservations are available, and any unfilled seats will be offered at the gate. Adult event registration is $25, or $15 for adult members. Make checks payable to SCA, Inc. - Shire of Cote du Ciel. The site permits discreet alcoholic beverages, is accessible for people with disabilities, and is welcoming to children. Arbor Day Nature Journaling

Celebrate Earth Day and Arbor Day through an all-ages nature journaling session at Denzil Stewart Nature Park. Participants will take time to notice the natural world and record what they discover with words and sketches. Two consecutive groups are offered, starting with a beginner-friendly introduction to the basics, then moving into an intermediate session that encourages deeper observation and more advanced journaling techniques. The focus is on native trees, highlighting their distinctive features, patterns, and the roles they play in the local ecosystem. Bring a sketchbook or blank paper and a pencil, pen, or other drawing tools. Colored pencils and watercolor paints are optional for those who want to use them. Camp chairs or blankets are welcome for comfortable journaling in the park. Each adult session lasts three hours and continues for five weeks. Youth offerings are divided by age, with Play with Clay for younger children on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and teen classes on Mondays and Fridays. All skill levels are welcome, from first timers to experienced makers. Work on handbuilding or wheel throwing projects of your choice, then have pieces fired to cone 10 in a gas reduction kiln with a selection of glazes available.

Gallery Art Class in Logan, Utah | May 26, 2026 — The Logan Gallery

This class is a hands-on opportunity for artists aged 15 and older to discover their creative voice. Gallery art instructors David Frias and Tanner Stephenson will guide students as they explore a foundational principle of art each week. Students will have the chance to try drawing, painting, mixed media, and foundational techniques in a supportive environment. "The Hills Are Alive" Spring Flowers Ride

The Rubber Side Down ATV Club presents its annual Spring Flowers ride, traveling from Hardware Ranch to Laketown for lunch at "Some Beaches" Grill. Expect hills filled with wildflowers on an approximately 85-mile round trip. The route is rated easy to moderate. Staging takes place at the Hardware Ranch parking area. A jacket is recommended, since mornings can be chilly.

Set at Canyon Entrance Park, this dirt trail race offers 10K and 5K distances. The course begins at First Dam, follows the Bonneville Shoreline toward Green Canyon, and then heads back. It serves as the second event in the four-race Sol Speak Yoga Urban Trail Racing Series, and runners may choose to participate in a single race or the entire series.

Hot Wheels in Hyrum 2026

Hyrum City Museum presents its annual car show fundraiser at Hyrum City Square, featuring classic cars along with food, music, and prize drawings. Cache Valley Cruise-In 2026

This annual car show takes place at the Cache County Fairgrounds and features a door prize drawing for a car, with this year’s giveaway being a 1965 Cobra kit car. Admission to the car show is $15 for ages 18 and older, and those 17 and under are admitted free. A separate ticket is required for the concert. Each car show admission includes a chance in the door prize drawing, and winners must be present to claim the prize.
