Payson City Treasure Adventure is an annual treasure hunt presented alongside Payson City’s Onion Days, challenging sleuths to crack the case of the Great Lion Heist. Take on the role of a private detective, follow the trail of clues around Payson City Memorial Park, and race to solve every puzzle. The first team to finish earns the $3,000 grand prize. A Family Friendly Hunt runs throughout the Onion Days celebration with park-based challenges that help sharpen skills for the tougher Main Hunt. Participation in the family portion is optional. Visit the booth on-site to begin. The Main Hunt kicks off at the bandstand in Memorial Park, with the first clue released online and team registration available through the event website. Built like a large scale, hard escape room, this experience is designed to be challenging. Some tasks will require access to both a vehicle and the internet.
