The session welcomes both long-time practitioners and those just beginning, emphasizing that guidance is already within and becomes easier to access when you slow down and listen. This two hour experience starts with a grounded conversation about how relating to your Spirit Team and inner wisdom can bring clarity to decisions and support a steadier everyday life. You will explore simple, approachable practices that make this connection feel natural rather than confusing. Elaine then leads a calming breath practice with a crystal pyramid to settle the mind and body, followed by a 25 minute sound journey. J.D. offers voice guidance as Elaine harmonizes crystal singing bowls, creating a supportive atmosphere for ease of receiving and creative flow. An optional group share invites participants to speak about what arose, helping to anchor and validate the experience. The facilitators are Elaine Elizabeth, a Sound MediZen practitioner, author, and holistic healing facilitator whose heart-focused approach uses sound, felt experience, and intuitive insight to help people soften survival patterns, quiet the mind, and trust their own guidance, and J.D. Radewan, a spiritual teacher, speaker, and author who has led classes and ceremonies across the United States, blending grounded spirituality with practical integration.
