Dessert Pop Up with Siege & Nod hosted at Heirloom MKE

Pastry chef Melissa Tantillo takes over the dessert station for a special pop up focused on summer-themed sweets. The menu includes a strawberry shortcake interpretation that draws on her grandmother’s shortbread recipe, built with miso shortbread cookies, fresh strawberry buttercream, strawberry compote, holy basil, and edible flowers, and it contains gluten, dairy, and soy. Another option features salted lemon pie topped with chamomile whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and edible flowers, and it contains gluten, dairy, and egg. A third dessert pairs a semisweet brownie with cherry and sakura buttercream, pistachios, and edible flowers, and it contains gluten, dairy, nuts, and egg. Desserts are offered alongside dinner service for this evening. Reservations are available and recommended, and walk-ins are accepted, with wait times and table availability varying.
