Calvary's 18th Annual Neighborhood Yard Sale welcomes the community to connect with neighbors while browsing a variety of finds. Enjoy complimentary corn on the cob and ice cream as you explore the sale. Those interested in selling can request a reservation form at Calvary or access it through the organization’s website, then print and return the completed form to Calvary. A $10 cash deposit is required and will be refunded if booths are left clean and clear and the bathrooms are left clean and working. Each vendor space equals two parking spaces. Availability is limited and spaces are assigned on a first come basis.

The Three Lakes Center for the Arts hosts a community celebration of local art and artists with live music from The John Higgins Band. The event features artwork, artists, and food and drinks. Admission is free for this day of art and music in Three Lakes.

Minocqua Public Library hosts its first author fair featuring writers from across Wisconsin. Hear from 14 authors as they share about themselves and their books during presentations in the Reading Room, then meet them along the south windows to chat, purchase titles, and get books signed. Featured authors include Jim Anderson, Nora Cardinal, Maggie Ginsberg, L. Denton Kennett, Josie McCray, Joe McHugh, Belinda Morey, Jeff Olson, Kay Oursler, Susan Perry, Jerry Rayala, Randy Soulier, Kathryn Springer, and Shawn Verdoni. Light refreshments will be available. This free event does not require registration.

Enjoy a Sunday Funday dock party featuring Brad. This gathering is free and open to all. Carry-ins are not permitted, and pets must remain on a leash.

The History Room hosts a discussion of Wildfire Days: a Woman, a Hotshot Crew, and the Burning of the American West by Kelly Ramsey. All are welcome to take part. Registration is not required, and there is no fee to attend.

Come out for Snowshoe Baseball as the Snowhawks take on the Blackbear Bar. Admission is free, and during the middle of the game a butterfly net is passed through the stands, with proceeds supporting Snowshoe’s expenses and donations to local charitable projects. Food and soft drinks will be available at the concession stand starting at 5:30 PM, and the menu includes items like brats, burgers, hot dogs, soft drinks, coffee, and homemade pies. A popcorn stand is also available during the games.

The third and final Roots on the Road show of the summer features Karley Davidson at the Northwoods Center at Nicolet College. An acoustic singer-songwriter and loop artist, she builds layered, rhythmic songs in real time on stage. Roots concerts spotlight the music along with the stories behind it, offering a distinctive experience. There is no admission charge and the event is open to the public, made possible by a partnership with WXPR 91.7FM and Nicolet College. A cash bar will be available.
