Sonic the Hedgehog
Presented by Ocean View Elementary, this Sonic the Hedgehog event at Bear Tooth Theatrepub & Grill follows the blue hero as he settles into life on Earth, only to draw the attention of Dr. Robotnik. Their showdown becomes a globe spanning race to prevent Robotnik from harnessing Sonic’s unique power for domination. General admission is $10. Part of the proceeds benefit the Ocean View Elementary PTA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Shadowverse: Evolve takes center stage in a weekly in-store tournament that welcomes all skill levels. Put your deck-building to the test, compete in friendly matches, and meet fellow players while picking up new strategies. Participation promos are provided to every entrant, with extra rewards for top finishers. There is no entry fee.
Mike & Matt--Live at the AfterGlow!
Longtime Alaskan pickers and family duo Mike and Matt Faubion bring an apres ski mix of country, bluegrass, blues, and rock to the Afterglow Pub in the Alpenglow Lodge at Arctic Valley Ski Area. Expect a blend of their own songs alongside well-loved family favorites. Mike has spent more than fifty years shaping an improvisational flat-picking style rooted in folk, country, and blues. Matt grew up in that environment and has journeyed through a wide range of American music, from early rock and folk to punk, indie, jazz, and back to country. Matt currently plays guitar with the Roland Roberts Band, Childish Tycoon, and Power Play, and also leads the Matt Faubion Trio. Michael performs with his honky-tonk group the Roadhouse Refugees and appears in solo and duo settings around Anchorage. When their calendars align, they join forces for a set that showcases their shared history and natural musical rapport.
