Anchorage Golf CoursePick Your Shape Mosaics!
Design and build a 12 inch mosaic in the shape you like. The studio provides a variety of silhouettes such as moose, bear, mountain, puffin, and wolf, along with beads, glass, and mosaic tiles in many colors. Tweezers are supplied for placing small pieces, and wheel cutters are available to trim materials so they fit. Safety glasses must be worn for the entire class, and masks are required during soldering. If you have a pair of safety glasses that fits you well, you are welcome to bring it. This class is for ages 16 and older and is not suitable for those who are pregnant or nursing due to fumes from materials. With steady focus, most participants complete their project in one session. Space is limited, so only registered students may be in the studio. Some tile options appear in the posted images, though not every choice is pictured. Directions to the studio are sent after registration, so please provide a reliable phone number or email to receive important updates. Refunds are not offered for missed or rescheduled classes. If you cannot attend, you may send a replacement who meets the age requirement, and you must notify the studio with the replacement’s contact information. This policy helps manage high demand and limited seating.
