Brunch selections include shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, a seafood omelette, crab cakes and grits, chicken hash, salmon and grits, french toast, ribeye and eggs, catfish and grits, and a steak and potato omelette. Signature craft cocktails, mimosas, and beer are available.

Fellowship Flow is a welcoming community yoga class held at Avondale Park, weather permitting. No reservation is required and all experience levels are welcome. The class is donation based.
