The beginner option is about 3 miles at roughly a 12 minute pace with extra breaks and more walking on hills while keeping an easy rhythm on flatter sections. A walk and hike group covers approximately 2.75 miles at a brisk pace, sometimes staying on the BMRR South Trail and other times heading to the old mines and along Ike Maston for more elevation. Beyond the food, the weekend features Greek music, dance performances by participants of all ages across all three days, and a warm atmosphere that welcomes everyone like family.
