Sound Healing with Zen Body Waves 🌊

Settle into a restorative sound bath guided by Zen Body Waves, where gentle vibration becomes a soothing remedy and quiet turns into a sanctuary. Crystal bowls, gongs, and sacred tones fill the space to encourage deep relaxation, a quieter mind, and a grounded presence. The resonance moves through the body like waves on water, easing what feels heavy, bringing scattered energy back together, and renewing what is tired. Sound works beyond words, supporting the nervous system, harmonizing energy, and welcoming a deep inner release. At Vitality Wellness Apothecary & Market, admission is $30.00 per person. Bring a mat, a pillow, a blanket, or anything that helps you feel supported, and leave feeling calmer and more at ease.
