Aboard the Harriott II, this two-hour cruise pairs a chef-prepared plated dinner with live entertainment, plus a well stocked bar where beverages are available for purchase. Guests can choose a dinner ticket or opt for ride-only patio access. Patio seating is outdoors on the third deck with general admission and is first come first served. Ride-only patio tickets do not include a meal, though guests may order from the Wheel House Grille and visit the cash bar. From June through August, dinner service offers a choice of entree: Southern fried chicken with a breast and leg, or a fried pork chop. Each dinner includes a garden salad, rice and gravy, green beans, a roll, and key lime cheesecake, with nonalcoholic drinks included. Camp PRIDE (Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence)

Cramton Bowl hosts Camp P.R.I.D.E., short for Personal Responsibility in Delivering Excellence, a one day summer kickoff for youth from the Montgomery area and the surrounding tri county community. The camp offers two sports tracks. A football session for young men ages 8 to 18 takes place at Cramton Bowl, and a volleyball session for young ladies ages 8 to 18 is held at the Multiplex at Cramton Bowl. Registration is available on site at each location. Professional players, college athletes, and coaches from across the state will share their stories and work with participants through drills, activities, and relays. The camp is free for all participants, with breakfast, lunch, t shirts, and other take home items provided. Registration spots are still open, and sponsorship opportunities are available. The Pike Road Area Your Emergency Response (P.R.A.Y.E.R.) Team offers a summer feeding program that provides weekly food packages to children in the Town of Pike Road who are experiencing food insecurity. Pickup is available at Woodland Methodist Church. The initiative aims to nourish more than 600 qualified children while school is out, and it takes $10 to support one child for the entire summer. Community members can help by volunteering to prepare or distribute food and by making donations, including by check or online. For details, contact the organizers, including Stacy Dickinson. MBC Time Trials - Week 13 - "Official" TT

Part of the 2026 MBC Time Trials season, this week features the Official 15k, a three-lap effort totaling 9.3 miles. The series takes place every Wednesday through the end of August, and June is dedicated to four consecutive weeks of the three-lap format. Chip timing is provided each week, with a unique ankle chip number assigned to each rider for the entire season. Participation is free for MBC members, while nonmembers may ride once as a guest before joining the club to continue. Parking is available at KinPak/StarBrite, and the start and finish are located next to the parking area. Results are posted on the MBC website after each event.
