House of Dragons Skate

Choose a side and hit the floor for a fantasy-fueled skate night where Team Black faces Team Green in a friendly clash for bragging rights. All ages are welcome. General admission is $15 plus tax per person and includes skate rental along with entry into prize drawings. Admission for supervising only guests is $5 plus tax and does not include prize drawings. Children ages 4 and under are free. The evening features Team Black vs Team Green challenges, House of Dragons themed games and competitions, prize giveaways throughout the night, and team battles to decide which side reigns supreme. A costume and cosplay contest invites participants to wear team colors or portray a favorite House of Dragons character, with prizes for the best Team Black and Team Green looks. Every guest receives a special wristband to show allegiance. For safety, authentic swords and weapons should be left at home. Expect skating, adventure, competition, and dragon sized fun as the question lingers... who will claim the Iron Throne, Team Black or Team Green?

Groups & Meetups

June Alliance Meeting

The Garland County Alliance meeting features a community conversation that recognizes men who model leadership through mentorship, service, and support for families. Framed around Father’s Day, the discussion explores how positive male role models and father figures provide guidance and encouragement when families need it most. Topics include the impact of housing support, recovery services, youth involvement, mentorship, and leadership on family strength, resilience, and community health. Panelists Bill Russell of The Salvation Army, Josh Vallotton of Samaritan Ministries, and Shawn Stapleton of Lake Hamilton School District share their experiences, community work, and the meaningful ways they continue to make a difference. The gathering takes place in the Blue Cross Blue Shield Community Room.
