The 2026 ArtWalk season is supported by Dapper Dre, backing Car-Free First Fridays with traffic closures on Aspen St. to make space for art and performance activations.

Enjoy a free evening of lively, high-quality folk music and participatory arts at the Wild Flagstaff Concert Series. The program brings a rotating mix of regional and visiting artists, plus local musicians, with concerts and community-oriented programming rooted in traditional music and dance. The focus is on living cultural traditions, with musical styles and themes from across the Southwest and beyond, including fiddle tunes, borderlands dance music, Celtic and other folk roots, along with storytelling and community spirit.

Discover Flagstaff and The Orpheum present a Music of Route 66 Concert Series performance featuring the Nolan McKelvey Band with Pilcrowe at the historic Orpheum Theater in downtown Flagstaff. This all-ages show highlights the spirit of Americana and the sounds inspired by the famed highway. For three decades, Arizona-based musician and songwriter Nolan McKelvey has worked across alt country, bluegrass, classic country, and rock and roll, earning praise from outlets including No Depression, Country Standard Time, The Boston Phoenix, The Boston Globe, and Performer Magazine. He has appeared alongside artists such as Greg Brown, Peter Rowan, Los Lobos, Sam Bush, Bela Fleck, Tim O’Brien, Jerry Douglas, Leon Russell, Jack Johnson, Son Volt, and Josh Ritter. His studio work includes collaborations with Levon Helm and members of Morphine, and his contributions span more than 75 recordings. Pilcrowe, the long-running project from drummer Andrew Lauher and guitarist Ryan Heinsius, blends folk-rooted songwriting with a gritty rock energy shaped by the landscapes of northern Arizona and the greater Southwest. Their 2025 album These Badlands on Woody Mountain Records explores resilience in the face of environmental and personal challenges, pairing acoustic textures with harder-edged electric moments, lush harmonies, and unexpected rhythmic turns. Their catalog also includes West of Center and The Big Burn EP, and their first live album is on the way, captured during an intimate acoustic set at Flagstaff’s Coconino Center for the Arts. The Orpheum Theater is an indoor, historic venue in the heart of downtown. Venue policies include a clear bag requirement, no re-entry unless specified by the show, and no outside food or beverages. A full bar and concessions are available, and empty soft clear water bottles are permitted. On-site parking is not available and bag storage is not provided. Tickets are the same price at the box office and online.

Presented by Discover Flagstaff and The Orpheum, this installment of The Music of Route 66 Concert Series brings Honeygirl & The Sundusters to the historic Orpheum Theater in downtown Flagstaff, celebrating the sounds linked to the legendary highway. Honeygirl, a country singer and songwriter from Queen Creek, Arizona, is known for vivid storytelling, a lively stage presence, and a style that ranges from classic country roots to a rock-tinged edge. The group is led by vocalist and writer Kira Brown alongside seasoned players, including guitarist Scotty Johnson of the Gin Blossoms. Her musical path began early while watching her father play bass at weekly garage-band sessions, grew through a turn as the local 'Kiraoke' queen, and evolved into a songwriting partnership with Johnson that fuels dynamic shows featuring original tunes and favorite covers with a good-time spirit and homegrown Arizona grit. This all-ages event takes place in an indoor historic venue. Tickets cost the same whether purchased at the box office or online. A full bar and concessions are available, and outside food and beverages are not permitted. Empty, soft, clear water bottles are allowed, while metal, hard plastic, and insulated bottles are not. The venue generally enforces a no re-entry policy unless otherwise noted. Parking is not available on site. A clear bag policy will be in effect. Guests may bring a clear stadium bag up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches or a one-gallon clear zip bag. Small wristlets up to 4 by 6 by 1 inches are permitted, and diaper or medical bags are allowed and subject to inspection. All other bags are prohibited, there is no bag storage, and clear bags can be purchased at the theater.
