Green Life Ent. and AYAMTERRAIN celebrate nine years of Tech Me 2 Da Beach with an all-white party at Rosie’s Dog Beach in Long Beach. The lineup features JJ Flores from Chicago, Big Cee representing DEEP-LA, and San Diego’s DISCOPENNYLANE, supported by residents DJ !M:M£ and Darin Westcott from Green Life Ent. along with Holliday from AYAMTERRAIN. Expect vendors on site, food and drinks from Big Will’s Foodies & Beverage, and a live art show. Attendees are asked to follow beach guidelines by avoiding beer bottles, using plastic red cups for beverages, packing out all trash, and cleaning up their area. The Emperors bring a high-energy classic rock show to the historic Shell as part of the Summer at the Shell Tuesdays Concert in the Park Series. Celebrated across Southern California for favorites from the 60s, 70s, and beyond, the band sets the stage for a relaxed evening in Recreation Park. The Shell, built in 1929, features more than 600 bench seats along with a broad lawn where guests can spread blankets or use low-back chairs. The atmosphere is family friendly and open to all ages, and admission is free. Pack a picnic or snacks, settle into the benches or the grass, and get ready to dance. The series is presented by Live at The Shell, a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit that offers free community concerts with help from sponsors and supporters. Season sponsors include the Port of Long Beach, Councilmember Kristina Duggan of District 3, Supervisor Janice Hahn of Los Angeles County, the Zaferia Business Association, and Snoofla Sound LLC, which is providing all professional stage and sound equipment. Although there is no cost to attend, tax-deductible contributions help cover performer fees, city permits, and the ongoing revitalization of this 1929 Long Beach landmark.
