Monthly Free Groceries Program
Pick up free groceries through a monthly distribution that welcomes everyone. There is no income verification, and new families can register on the day of distribution. Please park and walk in to receive items, and bring reusable bags and a cart to help carry food. Each family may receive up to 100 pounds of groceries.
Sama Sama Summertime Filipino-inspired Dinner
Chef Rich and Eric present a pop-up dinner at Da Good Vibes in Union City, featuring five courses of Filipino inspired dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients and, when possible, locally sourced. The meal highlights bold flavors from the Philippines alongside plates that reflect the experience of growing up Filipino in the United States. The menu is priced at $75. Appetizers include chicken lumpia filled with seasoned ground chicken and diced vegetables served with a spiced vinegar dipping sauce, along with a summer salad. Family style mains feature chicken relleno made from hollowed chicken drumsticks stuffed with ground chicken and pork, pickled quail egg, carrots, celery and onions. Lechon carajay offers smoked then roasted crispy pork belly with a spiced tamari and citrus sauce and a kabocha squash and bagoong puree. Crispy pandan battered salmon presents seasoned Scottish salmon in a pandan coating served with calamansi and roasted garlic aioli. Sides include shrimp chips, atchara with pickled sweet peppers, carrots and onions, and Java rice infused with turmeric and coconut. Dessert pairs ube bibingka, a coconut rice cake with ube and toasted coconut, with coconut flan finished with a lambanog brulee.

This outdoor summer event features a performance by Idea Band, a party band, along with a flavorful lineup of food trucks that includes Seasoned Kabob & Grill, Cousins Maine Lobster Truck, El Gran Taco Loco, Pacific Drip Kitchen, and Pineapple Whips. The 2026 series showcases a range of artists across the season, including Touch of Class, 925 Band, Ragdolls, Rick N Shaw, Idea Band, and CCSeger. Admission is free.
